Cancellation Policy

Need to update or cancel your order?

You may request changes or cancellations within 60 minutes of purchase by emailing support@echo-block.com.

After that window, orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery and may not be eligible for cancellation.

Received A Damaged Item?

We meticulously package our products, but sometimes, accidents happen in transit. Should you receive a damaged product (excluding packaging damage like dents),please  report it within 72 hours of delivery to support@reneweva.com with a photo of the damage. We'll assess the situation for a possible complimentary replacement. We cannot accept returns or replace items damaged through regular use or misuse.

Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return your device within 60 days of delivery:

• Devices must be returned in good condition
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
• Refunds are issued once the device is received and inspected

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business day

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

About Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders quickly.

While we are not responsible for courier delays, customs holds, or carrier disruptions, we will always assist in tracking and resolving shipping issues when possible.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll work toward a solution.

If your device arrives damaged (excluding minor packaging dents), please notify us within 72 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damage

We will assess and provide a replacement if applicable.

Correct Shipping Details

It's crucial to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. Corrections notified within 24 hours of order placement may be accommodated; otherwise, resends or refunds can't be offered for incorrect addresses.
